o While President and Chief Marketing Officer of Standard Life Insurance Company of Indiana (June, 2005-December, 2008), he was responsible for the development and distribution of several innovative annuity products, including the first “a la carte” fixed annuity that received widespread acceptance by independent insurance agents across the country.
