As a national insurance wholesaling operation, we have top level contracts with each of the insurance providers with whom we do business. This gives us the flexibility to adjust compensation levels when production warrants. We are completely independent and are not owned or controlled by an insurance carrier. Because of this, you can be confident that all advice we give will be completely unbiased and objective and is not driven by an insurance company parent that may strongly encourage business be placed with them.
If there are carriers that you would like to see added to our list, please let us know and we will explore the situation with you and the company to determine if it is feasible to add them. Our philosophy is that as our customer, any suggestions or comments you have are important and they will all be taken seriously. We may not always be able to grant your request, but we will always be up front with you and let you know what our position is.
Service is a huge slice of the value proposition we offer. Some carriers are better than others in certain areas and this may sometimes influence your decision concerning which carrier to go with on a particular case. For example, if you have a situation where there is a hard deadline and you need a contract issued by a certain date, we can help direct you to those companies that are particularly adept at quick turnaround. We also know and understand that there are situations where you may need to ask for an exception. One important benefit of our many years of insurance company home office experience is that we know how to position an exception request with the home office that increases the likelihood that they will grant it. There is no guarantee that they will grant each request, but having been in the position of granting or denying these exception requests, we can speak the “Home Office Language” which can increase your odds of getting the answer you’re looking for.
